To ensure an exceptional experience at the studio, we have established a set of policies for booking sessions related to Music, Photography, and/or Media.

 

Reservation: To secure your studio booking, payment in full is required to secure your reservation.

Rescheduling and Cancellations: Should you need to reschedule your session, kindly inform us within 24 hours of your scheduled time. We are more than happy to accommodate your request and find a suitable alternative. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session are non-refundable; however, you may reschedule.

Parking: Ample free parking is available right outside the studio premises. If you anticipate having three or more vehicles accompanying your session or require assistance with equipment loading, please notify us in advance. This allows us to make necessary arrangements for your convenience.

Food and Beverage: Planning ahead? With a notice of at least 72 hours, we can organize your preferred food and beverage options to be available during your session. Additionally, you have the option to request a personal chef for a tailored culinary experience.
